Terms of stay
Extra Bed Cost
According to the rules of the Sea Apart Hotel , children up to and including 7 years old stay at the hotel free of charge. Please inform us if you need a crib.
Extra bed cost for children from 8 to 17 years old is 1000 rubles per night.
Extra bed cost for adults is 1500 rubles per night.
Accomodation Rules for
the Guests with Pets
We appreciate the comfort and peace of mind of all our guests. Therefore, pets are not allowed in the hotel. We hope for your understanding.
Free Guest Laundry
The guest laundry room is located on the 7th floor of the hotel. The washing machine and the dryer are easy to operate (instructions are included). This service is complementary for the hotel guests. If you have any questions during your staying, please do not hesitate to contact Front Office Department at any time. The Front Office Department is open around the clock .
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment!
The fine is 1,000 rubles.
The cost of dry cleaning the room is 4000 rubles.

Early check-in from 06:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. costs 50% of the room rate per day.
Early check- in from 12:00 a.m. to15:00 p.m. - hourly payment (1/24) .
Late check-out from 12:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. - hourly payment (1/24) .
Late check-out from 15:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m. costs 50% of the room rate per day.
Late check-out after 20:00 p.m. - 100% surcharge from the room rate per day.
